My Love for Yoga

Yoga continuously teaches me so much about myself and the way I want to live, both on and off my mat.

While I’ve experienced immense physical growth by being committed to my yoga practice, it has been the mental and spiritual growth that I have experienced which has really changed my life for the better.

Yoga helps me live a balanced, intentional and mindful existence that connects me to my true Self.

My Classes

All my classes intentionally embody the union of the mind, body and breathe within each present moment. They also allow for individual discovery through movement that integrates the mindfulness of the breath and the self.

My intention is to share as much of my light, love and knowledge with others, so that they can continue expanding into the most authentic versions of themselves.
